What is WHOOP?
WHOOP is a wearable health and performance tracker that provides in-depth insights into your recovery, sleep, and training. It helps you optimize your performance and daily habits by tracking key health metrics 24/7.
How do I activate the WHOOP device?
To activate your WHOOP, download the WHOOP app on your smartphone and create an account. Follow the in-app instructions to pair your device and start your 1-month trial.
What happens after the trial is finished?
If you choose to continue, your WHOOP membership will automatically transition to a paid plan. If you decide not to continue, you can cancel your membership before the end of the trial month and return the device to avoid charges.
Do I have to return the device?
Yes, if you do not continue with a paid membership, you must return the WHOOP device. You can conveniently drop it off at MOTION at the end of Ramadan.
Where can I collect the device?
You can pick up your WHOOP device directly from MOTION a few days before the start of Ramadan, ensuring you’re ready to attend classes.
How long is the unlimited class package valid for?
The unlimited class package is valid until the end of Ramadan. After that, it will be deactivated.
Can I still avail the unlimited pack if I have an active WHOOP?
Yes, you can still avail the unlimited pack if you already have a WHOOP. Existing WHOOP users will gain access to the WHOOP x MOTION community on the app and enjoy unlimited classes during the month of Ramadan.
